I have used Rick for some foreclosure projects where the bank needed to do repairs before homes would be ready to sell. Often these homes had been neglected for a long while and had difficult repairs, or just a lot of annoying little things. Cost was important but so was quality. Rick provides both, along with a temperament that makes him really great to work with. I'd recommend him highly, as Ihave always been satisfied with the good work he did.
